Yogatonic prides itself on providing yoga classes, meditation and reiki in a non-pretentious, non-stuffy and definitely non-judgemental way, which will make you feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door.

We provide yoga to those who need it the most.  Those who just need to relax, take a break from life and have a little ‘me’ time.

Meditation

Meditation

We offer meditation  on a 121 basis and group basis through our sister-company “Yogatonic Yorkshire”.

Meditation provides headspace by allowing you to be in the present and not the past or future. Meditation is usually a one off class to provide you with a skill that you can use anywhere and anytime you need it.  We sometimes incorporate meditation into our yoga classes.

Benefits include; reduces stress and anxiety and helps with sleep, concentration, cultivates peace of mind, clarity and a sense of calm.  Meditation stimulates the para-sympathetic nervous system, reduces adrenaline and cortisone (linked to strokes and heart attacks) and reduces blood pressure and heart rate.
